JS Burgess, the UK’s leading independent stillage design and manufacturing Company, have expanded their operations team by taking on an additional CAD Designer, Jack King.
King, who joins from Bramhall-based M4 Projects, arrives at a time of on-going expansion and investment for the Derbyshire stillage manufacturer, who have recently completed £1 million investment into their factory based in the High Peaks.
Speaking about the role, King had the following to say:
“I believe I have joined JS Burgess at an ideal time, both in my own career and at a key point in the company’s growth. I’m looking forward to building on my existing engineering background and technical knowledge to be part of an experienced and dedicated team. Furthermore, I’m looking forward to working for Burgess and share the commitment they have to client satisfaction and product quality; having an additional CAD Designer on the team will take some of the pressure off and enable them to respond more quickly to the ever increasing number of enquiries from new and returning customers, which ultimately maintains customer service and satisfaction.”
An experienced mechanical engineer with a 2D CAD specialism, King has previously worked for clients including BAE Systems and Airbus; and his role at JS Burgess will see him design stillages and the associated products for a wide range of other major client names, including Jaguar Landrover, Toyota, Network Rail and Dreams.
