Tipping Skips

Our Auto Release Tipping Hoppers are manufactured to allow Fork Lift Truck (FLT) drivers to safely load, transport and dispose heavy and bulky waste contents without leaving the truck. It’s compact size and manoeuvrability saves space and time in busy workshop environments.

Equipped with an automatic release system operating via a spring-loaded buffer the Tipping Hopper releases the loaded bucket by rolling forward when it comes into contact with a hard surface, e.g. the edge of a receptacle container. The emptied bucket then rolls back into the locked position after tipping. This is fully operated by the vehicle eliminating risk to the operator. A manual release handle is included for when a receptacle container is not available.

All Tipping Hoppers are fitted with safety catches to prevent accidental tipping. A safety chain is fitted and used when the hopper is lifted, this is to prevent the hopper from sliding forward on the forks of the lift truck being used.
